I went out this morning to see how the flowers fared with all of the rain, and the wind and the hail. I found a few broken branches on the ground near the trees but for the most part, the roses looked pretty with the drops still on their petals.

Thank you so much for all of your wishes and blessings for our anniversary. I do cherish each one. So does my husband. He does think that everyone who reads my blog are the nicest people in the whole world.

I have lost my dashboard. I don't know how to find it. I was hoping that someone might know how to find it.
I changed to the new blogger and now my dashboard with all of the people I follow is gone. I have tried so many new features now just as I have limped along here. I wanted you to know that I am not being snobby, just blogger challenged

. I thought you would like to know that for our date tonight we are going to Lowe's. My youngest son thinks it is the lamest date ever. I couldn't figure out why it was so bad. All of the stuff we like to do is there. He thought we should go out to dinner. But I make better food. I don't mean that to sound proud or anything, but during the years when we were to poor to go out to eat I had to learn how to cook food better. I can make really good Mexican food. Since if we were going out to have that if we went out I decided I would rather cook.

I wanted to have some finished sewing projects to show you this week, but it has been busy and I didn't get to sew as much as I thought I would.

I hope you have a wonderful Friday.

~Kim~

I am on the knew Blogger too. In order to get to what use to be the dashboard you need to click on the blogger logo in the upper left hand corner of your screen. But you have to go to Design first. then click the logo which is that read and white funky B. Let me know if this helps.

Wow, you already have roses in bloom... They are so beautiful, I love roses or any kind of flowers for that matter.

When you're on a date, it's who you are with that matters. I'd like to test your Mexican food. I bet it's good.

I've resisted trying the new blogger just because I'm computer challenged.

Hugs, JB

I'm sure you will have a great time. I like to cook at home too, I think it's better so you are not the only one. I don't mind going out occasionally, but I just can't see spending good money for food, but that's just me.

A trip to Lowes is long enough to be a date for DH and I- he can browse for hours. HA Love your pretty flowers!

I wish I could help with the missing dashboard. I'm curious what you get when you log in to www.blogger.com. Have you tried a different browser? And I suspect that since you have no dashboard, you are unable to revert back to the old blogger?

That peach-colored rose is gorgeous! As are the irises. You always have such LOVELY flowers to share with us!

I am laughing..yes, Lowes and Mexican food would be on my top list. If not a new project than give me a white table cloth dinner and a live musical.

You too enjoy, enjoy!! Thanks again for your piece on marriage, even my daughter-in-law read it.

Maybe you have already fixed the left side of your blog because I can see lots of bloggers that you must follow.
Love that you are a good cook. Now me I love to go out to eat. We eat breakfast out every Sunday morning after church.
Congrats on anniversary. Hang in there you will make it to 64 like ours will be this year.

Hello Kim, congratulations on 32 years of happiness and blessings! The date sounds perfect to me, just my kind of celebration! Hope you had a wonderful time.
Your flowers are beautiful, we were not so lucky with ours. After a very warm March, my flowers were looking beautiful and then came the frost and freeze this week for four nights, and my they look pitiful especially my lavender. I am hoping that our fruit survived, I haven't had the heart to go and check them out.
I am finally able to find some time to blog this morning, and thought i would come by and say hi. We have been so busy, and have so many irons in the fire right now, I am wondering if we will ever catch up, probably not. lol
I will be back later to see what you have been doing, for now I have strawberries to pick and a hungry baby. lol
Love, Sue

I agree totally. Today my husband and I went to the new Runnings and then an old hardware store outside of town. We had a blast.
