Cleaning The Field Of Dreams

Now Winter can finally start. The pasture is all clean
and newly plowed. All of the hoses are put away until
next year. I always feel like when we get everything cleaned
and put away, I can finally rest. I feel about
my field of dreams like I do my house. I like it clean.

I hope you are having a nice Saturday. I am wishing
for rain today. I expect though, what I will get will
be fog, lots of fog.

Fog is just confused rain. Hopefully it will figure out that it is supposed to transform into a nice rain.

We had big puffy flakes of snow this morning. It was so pretty...but didn't last long. It's too balmy here right now...kind of weird!! Love those clean fields...so simple.
Hugs!!

There is something so satisfying about that feeling have having something 'put to bed' for a season... I know just what you mean about it giving 'rest' a deeper meaningfulness!

How do you do it all. It takes me all day to do any task. I'm a major procrastinator.

Sounds so good. I'm agitated, because I didn't get my roses wrapped before the snow. I'm afraid I was not as ready for winter as you are.

I haven't cleared out my garden beds yet, and they're small :) You're yard looks wonderful. We did have rain today, in fact we've had it on and off all week :) No snow, although my twins are hopeful!
Have a wonderful Sunday.
Blessings,
Marcia

Your garden is all tidy unlike mine. I just lost the interest this late fall and didn't bother to finish cleaning it. I'm getting worn out. It will still be there nest spring and I hope that I'll have renewed interest.

Have a wonderful week. Hugs. JB

Oh what I would give to have a field that large. I would be able to plant so many veggies in it.
