I feel so thankful for small things today. Spending the night sitting up in bed because of a migraine makes me appreciate all of the good things when it is finally morning. I am thankful that it is the first one in nine months. I am thankful that when a bucket fell on Mr. Munchie and it cut him, he didn't have to have stitches and that Megan had three big helpers who helped her. It is the little things that make all the big things seem not so big.
Have a lovely day,
~Kim~

glad the heat broke for you! always love your chickens - and sasha, too.
I do love zinnias and that pool looks ever so inviting. it's been so cool here, at night in the low 50's; I shudder to think of winter.
I'm so sorry that you had a migraine last night. VERY sad face.
I hope you are feeling much, much, much better.
Your pantry is looking great!
Love your pool and all 10 things. I think I should do that too. List 10 things...I will have to think about it though.
Great pictures.
Love those rugs, canned goods, and beautiful flowers!!
Sorry about your loved one that got hurt... glad it wasn't too serious.
Sorry about your migraine too. Migraines really are awful... unless you get them, it's hard to know how miserable they make you!
Have a sweet, much cooler, more human day :)

Hey Kim...sorry about the migraine (thankfully, I've only had a few since I retired!), but happy to see your list of 10. It is all about the little things in life, isn't it? xo
I hope we didn't give you the migraine! :( I was thankful for my little helpers too, and so proud of them for the great job they did. They acted like very big little men. :) Isn't today just beautiful? So cool and breezy.
I hope you feel better....I love your 10 things. Each makes me smile. I have missed stopping by, maybe I can come back and visit more often. Thanks for being such a wonderful blogging friend...I think of you often.
I'm trying to remember to be thankful for the little things. Posts like this are quite helpful. :)
Hi Kim, I love your list of 10 things to be thankful for. You are always so good at being thankful and that's why you have a happy heart.
I hope your migraine is all better and the humidity is gone. it's real humid here and we had lot of rain again this week but the sun was shining.
I'm looking at all those rug patterns and I'm amazed that you have so many. I started o design one but I abandoned it. I may get a professional printer to enlarge my photo for me to make a sentimental rug. I haven't pulled a hoop since my three deworming rugs.
Big hugs,
JB
I love lists of things that give joy. It makes me stop and think of my own blessings and simple joys. I'd LOVE that pool. It's supposed to really heat up here...hot like you've been.
Migraine...ouch. Have you ever tried magnesium oil? You can massage it in the hurting areas or even rub it into your feet or soak in an Epsom Salts bath to get magnesium levels up. I take magnesium malate orally and rub mag oil on the skin too.
Your first migraine in nine months? Here I was hoping they were gone for good! I'm glad the humidity dropped. I was actually able to sit out on the porch this evening.
Ten wonderful blessings, for sure!
I hope your migraines are gone for good, Kim
What wonderful blessings! And you're right about the little things!
I love the idea of a list itemizing some favorite things! I need to copy that idea. ;-)
you have a lot to be thankful for and a lot to love about life!!
i have pantry envy, i don't like pickles and that rose made my heart skip a beat!!
Pretty zinnias.
We use to do some canning when I was little. We don't have a big garden now or I'd try.
Wow! Wonderful flowers. I like these red and yellow coloured flowers.
