Wedneday Words for Weight Loss

It is Wednesday again. Time for the meme from Patrice
Called Wednesday Words for Weight Loss. She has a lovely blog
called Everyday Ruralty.

Now on to the questions for this week.

Questions
1. I've heard it said that you should eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince and dinner like a pauper. What are your meals like?
If my husband makes breakfast for me, I eat like a king, but normally, my breakfast is yogurt,
whole wheat toast and a piece of fruit. I only eat what I can grab for lunch and my dinner is our largest meal I think, I always cook dinner. My husband likes dinner to be on the table when he gets home. :)

2. Does eating out include all of the trimmings (appetizer, meal, dessert, beverages)?
We don't eat out very much, but when we do it is just the meal no extras.

3. What's your favorite season of your wardrobe?
Fall of course, I like the sweatshirts and the boots and all of that.

4. If you could take a class or course in anything, what would it be?
I really would like to learn to spin and learn how to use a loom. I would love to
take lots of classes like that.

5. Optimist or Pessimist? Optimist.

Thanks to Patrice,

Have a great Wednesday!

Just popped in before I go shopping. Yesterday was crazy so I didn't get time to comment.
My meals are reversed, breakfast is like a pauper. We are the same on 2,3 and 5.

Fun post...optimist, yes you are
Oh the same on meals...I just want tea for breakfast which isn't good, I have never been a breakfast eater, maybe that is why I am over weight! LOL
Have a great day.

Good Morning! Been soo busy but trying to catch up this morning a little bit. I enjoyed this as always. Love your new header. Dinner is always my biggest meal too. Tried to change that, but no luck. Have a wonderful day! HUGS

Dinner is my biggest meal. I eat small the other two. I love to eat out, but we only really get an entree and maybe a dessert to share. I've always wanted to learn to throw pots on a pottery wheel. Or take a silversmith class. I could teach you to spin if we lived closer!

I didn't know you wanted to spin! I could teach you the pitiful amount I know, if you want!

You just reminded me to go eat breakfast instead of constantly drinking more coffee!

I don't get the point of not eating a big dinner. Is it supposed to make you fat or something?

Your posts still sound so tired. Maybe you should take a day trip to the beach.

Such a good wife....(sigh). I'm lucky if I can get something on for the kids...let alone a man who comes in at all different times from the fields. I am not too cut out for farm-wife-ing!
Happy Optimistic!:)

I eat a big breakfast of 3/4 cup of high fiber cereal with raisins, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, pumpkin seeds, and walnuts with 2% milk and a cup of coffee during the week and usually 2 poached eggs with crisp bacon and a toasted english muffin with a teaspoon of marmalade on Sunday. I eat a bigger meal at noon and smaller meal for supper. I cheat sometimes.

We eat out at least once a week but never go for the extras.

Summer is my favorite season for wardrobe.

Painting class would be nice.

I'm an optimist. JB

I bet you will love spinning! I just sold my wheel - I got it years ago for mothers day and really loved how relaxing and fulfilling it was to have that tactile experience. But for the past few years I haven't used it all ... my interests and busyness just kept me going in other direcitons, so I sold it. But it's a great hobby to learn!

Have a great day :)
